That’s not a kaiten-sushi’s view ; that’s a camera-where-sushi-is-supposed-to-be’s view.
A friend in high school once said to me that in Japan it was trendy to be white. I said that, on the contrary, in Japan it was trendy to be Japanese with white characteristics, which was an entirely different thing.
Ah, but it is the View from a Sushi Plate. Much of the stuff on each plate will have ended up with gastrointestinal tunnel vision. Maybe Sushi Plate with a View would be a better title.
